SPECIFIC DUTIES OF MANUFACTURER
Manufacturer shall use best efforts to supply the proper goods to the distributor and in each [month or year] commencing [Date effective], shall supply [Number of units to supply] units of the goods conforming to the warranties set forth in Section of this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
